Changes are outlined below:

• CHIP Childhood Immunization Status Measure benchmarks have been updated. See page 18.
• Medicaid Child Immunization Status Measure benchmarks have been updated. See page 19.
• Additional information related to submission of supplemental data files has been added to Exhibit C and the FAQ section.

An updated version of the 2022 QCP Manual is now available on the provider portal and at HPPlans.com/QCP. Please note that the manual will not be mailed to your office and will only be available online.
