Available Now: HPP's 2022 Provider Access, Appointment and Telephone Availability Standards Survey
The 2022 Provider Access, Appointment and Telephone Availability Standards Survey is now available.
Each year, HPP surveys our network to determine if PCPs are meeting the Access, Appointment and Telephone Availability Standards, as set by the Department of Human Services (DHS) for Health Partners (Medicaid) and KidzPartners (CHIP) members, and by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for Health Partners Medicare members.
The 2022 Provider Access, Appointment and Telephone Availability Standards Survey is now available. We ask that you complete this brief survey by April 15, 2022.
Please reference the letter that was faxed to your office on March 31, 2022 for your “Survey ID” number.
