HealthTrio Portal Implementation

Health Partners Plans (HPP) is getting closer to our single provider portal platform transition. We are on track to implement a soft launch of HealthTrio in the weeks ahead with a small portion of our network to perform testing. We expect to go live with our full provider shortly following soft launch. 

With the implementation of HealthTrio, our existing provider portals, NaviNet and HP Connect, will no longer be available for use. All the functionality you are used to having will be available in HealthTrio, with the exception of our Chronic Care Management Program (CCMP), which we plan to turn off on May 31, 2022. We are currently evaluating our long-term approach to ensuring accurate and appropriate coding of diagnoses on claims. Once we have defined that approach, we will communicate that to our provider network. 

In the coming weeks, you will hear more about the registration process for HealthTrio and the educational sessions being scheduled to get you acquainted with the new provider portal.
