Thank you for being a valued participating provider. As you are aware, on July 1, 2023, we officially launched our new corporate marketing name, Jefferson Health Plans. As mentioned in previous communications, we will take a phased approach and will begin rebranding our products in 2024, providing additional communications as those rebranding changes are made.

At this time, we are asking that you please update your patient-facing materials (websites, printed materials, etc.) to replace "Health Partners Plans" with "Jefferson Health Plans." However, it is important to note that for our Medicaid and CHIP lines of business our marketing names will remain Health Partners (Medicaid) and KidzPartners, respectively. 

Although our product names are changing, we will stay true to our mission, vision and core values that have guided us since our founding more than 35 years ago. We will continue to offer high-quality, affordable health plans and partner with you and the communities we serve.
