CAHPS & HOS Guidebook

Health Partners Plans (HPP) is partnering with our network providers to improve patient satisfaction with their health plan and providers, and to elevate the patient in-office experience.

Our goal is supporting practices like yours in optimizing the patient experience. Member satisfaction and the patient experience is a leading indicator in CMS’s Stars ratings as well.

HPP has developed a guidebook that covers multiple facets of patient experience, including:

  • Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS)
  • Health Outcomes Survey (HOS)
  • HPP’s patient experience resources
  • Best practices and tips to optimize the patient experience
