Jefferson Health Plans is hosting a series of three webinars in collaboration with practice transformation consultant, Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC). We invite you and your team to participate in the Member Satisfaction and Customer Service webinar series that began in June 2023.

Our goal is supporting practices like yours in optimizing the patient experience. Member satisfaction is a leading indicator in measuring overall quality of care and patient engagement. Jefferson Health Plans also realizes that a supported and engaged practice staff will provide better customer service to patients that visit your practices.

By the end of the Learning Series 3 - Leveraging Health Literacy to Drive Experience training, participants will be able to:

• Briefly describe the health literacy challenge in the US
• Define health literacy and the four literacies that make health literacy
• Begin to use the following techniques in your practice:
  • • Need to know vs. nice to know
    • Plain language
    • Teach-back
