We are writing to you with exciting news regarding the upcoming product rebranding of Health Partners Plans (HPP).

On July 1, 2023, we will officially launch our new corporate marketing name, Jefferson Health Plans (JHP). We will take a phased approach and will begin rebranding our products in 2024, providing additional communications as those rebranding changes are made.

For more than 35 years, Health Partners Plans has offered Medicaid, Medicare and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) plans that include special benefits to improve the health and wellness of members at all stages of life. As a provider-owned health plan, we remain committed to the mission of transforming lives and strengthening communities. Our goal is to enhance health care access across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Although our product names are changing, we will stay true to our mission, vision and core values that have guided us since our founding more than 35 years ago. We will continue to offer high-quality, affordable health plans to your patients and partner with you and the communities we serve. In addition, your participation in our networks does not change because of this rebranding.
