Health Partners members do not have to pay copays for fitness center memberships.

Membresía de un año

HPP encourages you to take a health assessment twice each year at your fitness center. Puede realizar la evaluación cuando se inscriba y nuevamente seis meses después de su membresía. These will be questions based on your overall health and wellness goals.
